Our 4 stage Reverse Osmosis De-Ironizing system works by removing all the tap waters minerals and impurities before it touches your windows/solar panels, this is done by filtering the water through a series of special membranes and sediment filters, the system is pump fed and battery powered keeping the psi at 100, this allows us to spotlessly clean your windows without the need for harsh chemicals that cause damage and often leave water spots on the windows, it also allows us to not have to rely on your lower tap water pressure (40-60psi in Perth) which causes inpurities to remain in other systems that are not powered by lithium batteries.

In short, Yes, we always prefer to use the site water supply as our equipment works to their full potential using tap fed water rather than tank fed water, this has been reflected in the hourly rate given but also rest assured our equipment is extremely efficient.

Whether its the window/solar cleaning service or the pressure washing service, you can take peace of mind that not only will we use less water than most other practices but that we have also reflected the small cost to the customer within our hourly rate/quoted works.

Absolutley, we are more than happy to give you a fixed price quote or hourly rate quote as required, for fixed price quoting we may need further information from you such as photos, sizes etc or we're more than happy to do a free site visit to evaluate the work involved and give you an accurate quote, for larger commercial jobs we would always advise a site visit to get you the best price possible and give you the best service possible but for small commercial or residential jobs we should more than likely be able to quote without the need for a visit if you are happy for us to do that.

Generally speaking, no, unless its a servere storm (at which point we will call ahead to discuss) we will always turn up and complete the requested works, rain in Perth is generally extremely clean and doesnt affect the cleanliness of your windows whilst being cleaned, that being said if you'd prefer to re-arrange the job due to rain we will always facilitate the request.

We cover most sized properties, we use pure water pole fed systems which enable us to clean upto 3-4 storeys from ground level with ease, for the larger buildings we have access to scissor/boom lifts and are fully qualified and insured to use this type of equipment along with harnesses and temporary roof anchors.

Yes, we use the best chemicals on the market in order to remove various stains such as graffiti, oil stains and bore stains on glass, brickwork, concrete and most other surfaces whilst protecting and maintaining your property to the highest standard.

We recommend having your windows cleaned monthly or quarterly depending on your area, if you are in an area where a lot of building work is going off or a property close to the beach you may want monthly cleans, at the very least we recommend 8-12 weekly cleans to maintain clean windows.

Speak to us about long term bookings and we'll happily assist you in finding the perfect time for us to periodically clean your windows.

We take cash, bank transfer or EFTPOS card payment, please note that if you pay using EFTPOS theres a 1.4% (in person) - 1.7% (over phone) card charge.

If it's a residential job we require payment immediately after the completion of works or prior to works being carried out and a payment receipt will be emailed/posted to you, if its a commercial job we work on a "EOM plus 30 days from invoice date" basis.
