PRO SERVE EXTERIOR CLEANING is a Perth based family run business, we pride ourselves on delivering a quality, hassle free and honest service to all our clients, whether you are a large commercial property or a small residential property we will always endeavour to meet your requirements using our top of the range cleaning equipment.

The company was set up by Eddie after he, his wife and his two daughters emigrated to W.A from the UK, Eddie used to be a commercial & residential plumbing & gas engineer in the UK, he worked for several large national companies as well as running his own business in the plumbing & heating sector before setting up a company in the exterior cleaning sector.

He has used his  transferrable skillset from both industries to launch PRO SERVE EXTERIOR CLEANING here in beautiful W.A to serve the great people of Perth & the surrounding areas from Two Rocks down to Rockingham and as far inland as Chittering, Roleystone & Whitby.

Our company ethos is to always go that extra mile, we go above and beyond for our clients on a regular basis and we do it with kindness, politeness and integrity, whilst maintaining safety and following guidelines.

Eddie has 25 years of experience working in both the above industries alongside children & vulnerable adults in both the commercial & residential sectors, he is highly experienced in working within schools, disabled facilities and local authority sites and fully understands the protocols and professionalism required.

The company is fully insured with a $20 million policy for your peace of mind as we understand as meticulous as we are, accidents could always happen. We hold full police checks for all employees and they along with the company insurance certificates are always available upon request so whether you're a residential or a commercial client with vulnerable adults/children on site you can rest assured we are fully checked and trained to professionally and courteously carry out the job under any circumstances.

The company/employees also hold Working At Heights (RIIWHs204E) qualifications, White Card (CPCWHS1001) qualifications as well as EWP licences for elevated work platforms above and below 11M (TLILIC0005), these qualifications are nationally recognised and accredited qualifications which allow us to safely work at heights and on any site to carry out your requirements whilst maintaining safety for both our employees and your employees/clients alike, whether that be from ladders, temporary roof anchors/harnesses, boom lifts, scissor lifts or any other elevated work platform you can rest assured all safety measures are thoroughly carried out and maintained throughout the entire scope of works. We can supply you with JSA (job safety analysis) or SWMS (safe work method statement) prior to works and should inductions or permits be required prior to works being carried out, this will also be taken care of.

We are dedicated to delivering top-quality services you can trust using advanced cleaning techniques, such as our top of the range 4 stage reverse osmosis de-ionizing window cleaning system, this system is used along side a 3-4 storey pole fed kit which allows us to spotlessly clean your windows from ground level without the need for harsh chemicals or abrasives. This process maintains the longevity of the windows and gives them a pristine finish every time, we recommend having your windows cleaned at least monthly or quarterly depending on your area and requirements.

If its our commercial & residential pressure washing/soft washing service you need, whether that be driveways, carparks, property exteriors, pool surrounds, roofs, heavy plant vehicles and everything in-between, you can rest assured our pressure washers ranging from 2000psi up to 6000psi, used alongside our top of the range surface cleaners and lance guns are more than capable of tackling any job.

We also clean solar panels for the commercial & residential markets using our de-ionized water system as mentioned above, regular cleaning will maintain the panels giving you increased performance of up to 20%! 

Regular maintenance will also increase the life span of the solar panel system in turn saving you money in the long-term.
